How do I create a Workspace?


To create a workspace:

  • From the home screen, click the button labeled Create a New Workspace. This will bring you to the Create a New Workspace wizard.
  • Provide a name and description for your workspace *
  • Next is the URL for the workspace, this will allow workspace members to access it directly. **
  • Pick a template to auto-populate the workspace with widgets, or choose the "Clean" template to start with a clean slate.
  • Now we can choose the look for our workspace.

This is where you will customize the overall look of your workspace by selecting a style and a color palette. You can change these at any time after your workspace has been created. Once you are satisfied, click Continue to finish creating the workspace.



* The description will be displayed in your user home to define the purpose of the workspace.


** The URL is auto-populated based on the name of the workspace, but it can be changed to whatever you would like as long as it is different from the URLs for your other workspaces.
